Frost Games is a premium offline game. No accounts, no user content, no services to police — so these terms are short.

Frost Games: The Rise of Nordvalia is licensed to you, not sold, for personal, non-commercial play on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The game, its artwork, music, text, and the fictional nation of Nordvalia remain the developer's property.
The game offers a single one-time purchase, the Full Game Unlock. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, under Apple's Media Services Terms. Refunds are requested from Apple, not from us — we never see your payment details and cannot issue refunds directly. Reinstall the game or switch devices and your purchase is restored from your Apple ID via Restore Purchases.
The game requires no account and creates none. It is fully playable offline after download. Game Center leaderboards and achievements are optional, available to full-game owners where supported, and provided by Apple under Apple's terms — they require a network connection and are not part of the offline game.
Your career is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app deletes the save. We recommend keeping your normal device backup (iCloud or computer) if your Hall of Coordinators matters to you — we have no copy and cannot recover a lost save.
Don't copy, resell, decompile, or redistribute the game or its assets, and don't misrepresent the game as your own work. That's it.
The game is provided as-is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under your local law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold as a consumer. A fictional sports world is simulated for entertainment; no real-world outcome is promised, including your nation's first podium.
If a future update changes how the game works in a way that affects these terms, this page will be updated with a new effective date before that version ships.
