Frost Games doesn't collect your data. No accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking — and this page is short because there is nothing to disclose.

This matches the app's App Store privacy label: Data Not Collected. The app bundles no third-party SDKs — no analytics, no ad networks, no crash reporters.
Everything you build — your nation, athletes, medals, career history — is stored locally on your device. There is no sign-up, no account, and the game never sends your save anywhere. If your device is backed up with iCloud or your computer, the save is included in that backup, which Apple manages under Apple's privacy policy. Deleting the app deletes the save from the device.
Frost Games offers a single one-time purchase, the Full Game Unlock. The App Store handles the entire transaction — we never see your name, email, or payment details. The only thing stored is an "unlocked" flag on your device, and the App Store remains the source of truth: reinstall the game or switch devices and your purchase is restored from your Apple ID via Restore Purchases.
Game Center is off by default. If you own the full game, you can explicitly connect from the Hall of Coordinators; only then can your Career Rating appear on the global leaderboard and your achievements be recorded. You can disconnect there at any time. That happens through Apple's Game Center service, under Apple's privacy policy and your Game Center settings — the game itself keeps nothing. Not connected, or playing the free trial? Nothing is submitted, and everything works offline.
frost-games.com runs no analytics and uses no tracking cookies. The only third parties the site talks to are the font service on some pages and Cloudflare Turnstile, the spam check that guards the contact form on the homepage; Cloudflare processes the technical signals needed to tell humans from bots under Cloudflare's privacy policy. This page itself loads nothing from anyone.
If you use the contact form, the name, email address, and message you type are emailed to us, used only to answer you, and never shared. Submitting the form sets one short-lived technical cookie so the site can show you the sent-or-failed notice; it is deleted immediately after. Like any website, the hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to serve pages and prevent abuse; we don't use them to identify anyone.
Frost Games collects no data from anyone — including children. There are no chat features, no user-generated content, and no external links inside gameplay.
If a future update ever changes what the game does with data — for example, an optional cloud-save feature using your private iCloud storage — this page will be updated first, with a new effective date, before that version ships.
